When does the 48-hour clock start?
It starts the moment your return shipment is received and scanned at our warehouse, and runs until the inspection and relabel results are issued. FBA return shipping time is not included, but we guarantee same-week outbound.
What happens if you exceed the 48-hour SLA?
The rush fee for that batch is partially or fully waived per our agreement. The SLA is a contractual commitment, not a marketing claim.
Can you maintain 48 hours during peak season?
We confirm capacity before accepting rush orders during peak season. If we can't guarantee 48 hours, we'll tell you upfront — we never overbook and delay.
How do I send my returns to you?
Create a removal order in your seller account and enter our warehouse address. Shipments enter the rush pipeline automatically upon arrival — no need to monitor.
Is relabeling compliant for resale?
Standard relabeling of your own brand or compliant goods is an accepted practice on major platforms. For items requiring brand authorization or special categories, we'll flag it during evaluation.
Do you accept small volumes?
Yes — per-unit pricing with no minimum. First 20 units are free to trial, so you can verify our speed and quality before committing.
